Pulse of Perfumery (POP) are a successful boutique business based in Knutsford, Cheshire, that lives and breathes perfume. Established for nearly ten years we were approached to provide them with an online presence that they rightly deserved. Their success of the brand was down to their personable approach, and their experience within the luxury fragrance market, working with some of the best perfume brands in the world.

POP’s success was also key when looking at the messaging and UX for the site and crafting the ultimate shopping experience.

POP host private consultations, shopping experiences as well as perfume party evenings. Scent is so specific yet subjective, it can often be influenced from the brand, to the look of the bottle, or even your own preconceptions. POP strip all of that away in their unique experiences, but we also wanted to reflect that in the website too.

We developed an area to help guide customers when looking for a new scent without having to come into store.
